Danish Micro Engineering (DME) Becomes a SPIP OEM Distributor

Danish Micro Engineering and Image Metrology have entered an OEM agreement allowing DME to distribute SPIP with their SPM instruments.

Danish Micro Engineering A/S aka DME, founded by Dr. Curt Sander, developed its first Scanning Probe Microscope in 1987. DME´s SPM products can be divided into three main groups; Atomic Force Microscopes - AFM, Scanning Nearfield Optical Microscopes - SNOM, and Scanning Tunnelling Microscopes - STM.
